Great experience with Overhead Door. Made the appointment for repair quickly. Toren the technician was on time and also texted prior to his arrival. Price charged was the same as quoted. Found a gear that was ready to break during his thorough inspection. Saved us from a possible future breakdown. Made suggestions about weatherstripping and maintenance. I recommend ODC and would use them again. A human answers the phone. Appointment was available within about a week ish. Torin the tech called before hand to say he was on the way. Torin arrived within the scheduled time frame. Torin did the maintenance. Torin pointed out a possible safety issue with an older door we have in the back and gave me a quote to fix it. Serviced and reinforced our garage doors in a reasonable amount of time and for a fare fee. There are other garage door companies from out of the area with the same name so be sure to support our competent locals.

Toren did an excellent job of replacing the weatherstripping on the side, plus the rubber strip at the bottom of the door, But he went way above and beyond, and discovered why water was seeping under the bottom corner into my garage: one of the springs needed tightening!! And he fixed it! An excellent diagnostician, very knowledgeable. As well as respectful, and kind. I give him and the company my Highest recommendation!

Joe and Overhead Door of Eugene are the absolute best!!! Joe came out and replaced my crappy old garage door opener with an Overhead Door brand one. He tuned, adjusted; and lubricated my garage door. I cannot believe what a difference that made. It is faster smoother, and so much quieter. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a spring break on the door in middle of the night. Called and where able to get service within 2 days. Decided to upgrade and add a garage door opener. Joe was fantastic, explained what he was doing, Jobs where done quickly and cleanly. Very happy with the service, response time, pricing was very reasonable. Great company to work with and Joe was great.

The technician Toren arrived on time as communicated. Quick analysis and fix for door sensor malfunction. Made helpful suggestions about door operations and routine maintenance. Harley did a fantastic job installing our two new doors. The job wasn’t easy since he was installing them with existing metal on the outside. (Now to tear down the other side to expose left door.). Highly recommend OHD!
