We have been customers of Tarnow Doors for over 30 years and they never disappoint. Whether it was purchase of a new garage door or a service call for the garage door opener, their customer service is wonderful. They come as scheduled for a repair and take care of any issues in a very professional manner. Five stars are really not enough!

Was going to use Tarnow to have a front door replaced. Stopped by the store and the guy in the office was so rude we left. He was just awful. No way could I ever give money to someone so rude. Luckily I was able to find another company to do the work. Mammoth was great. They were professional and very responsive. I would stay away from Tarnow and go with Mammoth.

I recently had a service visit for my garage door, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. My garage door now works perfectly, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for their great customer service, expertise, and reliability. Wonderful people work here. A couple of nights ago my cat got out, we looked everywhere for him. I was a nervous wreck. We got a call that someone saw him over there. We went over and looked around, and while he was not there, the staff was so friendly and supportive. I wish I got her name, but the woman who runs the office is a saint. She told me that she would keep an eye out and try and return him to me. She really cared about helping us. I’m not a homeowner, but in the future I will gladly give them my business.

Came out on overnight notice to fix a garage door when my car was stuck inside. Did a great job too. Loyal customer!

On Saturday March 15th the torsion spring on my one car garage door broke. I read a few different reviews and decided to go with Tarnow Doors. They were closed for weekend so I waited until Monday morning the 17th at 8:00am when I called. I was greeted in a professional pleasant manner and they were able to schedule me in for 10-12 that day. Russ showed up at 10:05 and was able to quickly assess the damage and begin to work. Russ was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He had the door fixed and was gone within 30 minutes. The response time is great the price was reasonable and fair. I would recommend Tarnow.
