Torsion spring broke causing difficulty opening and closing our garage door due to its immense weight. I made an appointment online with Precision Garage Doors and Taylor came out a week later to give me an estimate and do the repairs. He actually arrived two hours earlier than my appointment window, which meant I could have the garage door repaired sooner rather than later. Taylor was knowledgeable about the problem and had everything in his truck for the repair, which took about an hour. I am happy with the results and ability to park in my garage again. Also, everything is backed up by a lifetime warranty for peace of mind in case something happens in the future. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing repairs of broken garage door springs.

I needed a garage door opener installed and I was able to get a consultation the next day. They had a few recommendations on garage door openers based on my preferences and got it installed the same day. Only issue I had was that I was not told the door opener I was going with had a built in camera. I probably would have chosen a different model if I was made aware. Price was also a bit higher than I anticipated but can't really comment as this is my first opener I ever had installed and the model I chose was the top of the line. I would say reasonable price overall. Service, however, was excellent. I can recommend Precision Garage Doors for opener installation, just look into the models and features you want and have a better understanding than I did.

I was very pleased with my experience using Precision Garage Door Service. Robert was the technician who came out. I just needed a battery back up replacement for my garage door opener which was done pretty quickly. He also checked the overall condition of the garage door and garage door opener. He was very nice and very professional. I really appreciated that he called earlier to update the timing of his arrival and then called again just before he arrived. It was nice to have that information so I could do other things while I waited.

Had an old garage opened from 97 and it started acting and not opening or closing properly. I contacted Precision Garage and got appointment later the same day. Price was reasonable and I went ahead as the tech was able to install new one immediately. He did a great job and managed to finish the install within hours.
