Wow !! Excellent service. A++ We spoke with Kevin after hours. We were scheduled for the following day. The tech came out, very professional & quickly repaired our door. They charged us a fraction of what Precision had quoted. I would highly recommend All Star.

I ordered service through a Costco promotion, and one of the main reasons I chose this company was because I really wanted to support a family-owned and operated business. While the experience hasn't been without its challenges including having to replace the motor on one of my garage doors three times, Kevin and his team have consistently gone above and beyond to make things right. Each time I’ve communicated with them, they’ve been kind, professional, and committed to resolving the issue. Most recently, when my garage door spring broke, I was feeling a bit anxious, but Kevin responded after hours to reassure me and had his team out first thing the next morning. Despite some unfortunate equipment issues, the customer service has been exceptional. Kevin and his team have earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and stand by their work.

Our garage doors & opener look and operate great. The communication between the company and us was fantastic! We received updates regularly from Shelbi. She was very on top of things! I really appreciated that. When I followed up after the doors were installed with a question, again, they were very quick in getting back to me and solved my problem immediately. The salesman (I believe his name was Garrett) was friendly, informative, and efficient. And a man named Kevin, (who I think is the owner), went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend Allstar Garage!!

Jose did an exceptional job on my parents home this week! He arrived early to the appointment, was friendly and professional! Jose was proficient with installing the garage doors and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. The garage doors look stunning . Jose and his company are highly recommended!

I would highly Recommend in Francis, UT. My All Star Garage Door Services, Inc. Jordan was amazing. He was respectful and kind. He immediately knew what to do and fixed my garage door in record time. I would recommend him and this company to anyone out there. If you are looking for someone to replace. install, service or, in my case, fix a garage door, look no further.

Update to previous review below: I received a call from Ryan who I found out is the actual owner versus who I stated was before. Ryan called me after seeing my review. He was very nice and very professional. I explained to him my experience and he communicated that there would be a serious discussion with both individuals. I had a good discussion with him and I appreciated his outreach. But I am still left with a not-so-good feeling after having spent almost $1,200 on a bad experience and now needing to spend more money to get my two tone garage door to a single color. My hope was that he would have done something more tangible to ease my negative feelings about the transaction and make it right. He stated that they are not licensed to do painting. So that is that. ____________ Unfortunately, I would not recommend All Star Garage Door due the customer service experiences I had with their technician who fixed our garage door and the owner Kevin. They did come quickly to fix our garage door which was appreciated. Their employee who did the work was not very responsive to my questions and sometime he didn't even respond to me asking how it was going as he was more focused on his phone or sitting in his vehicle. I actually asked the employee if my questions were bothering him. I was worried he would leave before I got a chance to ask him questions. We have a newly built home and was surprised when he was done and the panels didn't match the color to the rest of our panels. I am new to the garage door business and new homes and I felt the employee should have let me know that we would be responsible to painted the new panels to match the old ones. I spoke to Kevin the owner who explained that they do not provide that service to make sure it matches the rest of the panels. I stated that had not been communicated to us so it was taking us by surprise. In our texts Kevin had asked us to send pictures of the front and back of all the panels including the damaged ones and my question is, why weren't we told, we would have to take care of painting the new panels after the work was done. We rely on professionals like them to let us know what has to be done or what condition things will be like when they are done for the garage to look like the pictures we had sent him. The owner defended his employee as not needing to answer those questions as he was just a technician, overlooking the fact that his employee was rude and a representative of All Star Garage Door. The employee did not approach me for payment and left and we received the invoice stating we refused to pay which was absolutely not true. Overall a very bad experience with this company from the technician all the way to the owner. I would think twice before hiring them.

We purchased our garage doors thru Costco March 2023. The vendor was All-Star Garage Doors. We had zero issues until 2-days ago. I was shocked because the doors are still relatively new. So, not knowing what the process was or length of warranty, I contacted Costco - Special Order Dept. Bottom line, Kevin contacted me today (08/14/2024) and was able to get a technician out to fix the issue - since labor is no longer covered after a year. Nonetheless, the service fee was very reasonable and it gave me peace of mind the owner stood by his product. I appreciate doing business with people who are honest, trustworthy, and make themselves available when something goes wrong. Kevin’s professional, quick response, and honesty are traits that should be applauded. Your turn-around time to respond to a product concern is remarkable. Thank you, Kevin!!! Based on this recent experience, I would highly recommend this business for your garage door needs. Being "present" and available makes all the difference in the world.
