I scheduled an appt. for a garage door replacement estimate. A gentleman arrived within the time frame scheduled. I do not know his name as he didn't provide it nor did he offer a business card. Throughout the duration of our meeting his phone was continually dinging him. This was not only distracting for me, but clearly was to him as well as he would stop for a second each time it dinged him and then have to regroup his thoughts. For some reason he was really pushing a solid cedar door rather then the cedar overly I told him I was interested in, but the benefits were just not compelling. He told me it was considerably lighter in weight, which is certainly not the case. As he was leaving I asked when I could expect to receive the estimate and he stated I would have it later that day. I asked if he had my email, which I knew he didn't, but he was in such a hurry to leave and attend to his phone that he just stated if they didn't they would call me to get it. Needless to say, it's now 3 days later and I have not heard a word from them nor received an estimate. The meeting was a complete waste of my time.

This is exactly the type of customer service you hope to find when you are in a bind and need help quickly with a garage door repair. The technician, Tyler arrived at the property within 30 minutes from speaking with Cody to request availability. Cody was extremely kind and Tyler and did an outstanding job fixing the garage door. Highly recommend!
