Cadence did a great job. He was very quick, on point and professional with the installation. Give that man a raise. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and courteous. I don’t remember his name but he was awesome. However, whoever came and measured up my new door, screwed the pooch. He measured my door 3" lower than it originally was, therefore, covering up my cabinet doors which I can now not access. I’m going to have to break the doors off to access the screws and remove the cabinet. I can’t even reuse it, that really pissed my wife off. Installer and sales, 5 stars. Measurement guy, you suck because I gotta hear it from my wife for YOUR mistakes. Luckily, Cadence and sales guy saved the star count!

We are very happy with the service that Josh provided. Great customer service and quality repairs. Pricing felt on the higher end but I guess premium service comes with a premium price. EDIT: Since posting my original review, I have asked around my neighborhood and unfortunately looks like I paid about twice the market rate for the work that was done. Again, I had a great technician, but some quick "back of the napkin" math would set the company’s hourly labor rate at about $500/ hour so beware of that. Summary of work: 3 hours of labor Spring replacement Torsion bar replacements Some brackets and bearings replaces Total cost was a little less than two grand

A top worst experience with a repair company. The technician Avery quotes me $800 plus dollars for new springs, only one was broken but he recommended both, I stated I was not comfortable with the price so will compare other companies, I was not in a rush to repair the garage door. He and associate give me a better quote, I agree and he proceeds to do the repairs. During this time Avery shows me another issue, not urgently needed repair, but I said ok maybe another time, I wanted to focus on the main need. After he replaced the springs, he tells me I have to use the garage manually bc the track is snapped, this will cost around $900 to repair. Seriously, I am not going to manually lift my garage twice a day, it is not that serious. The reason I told him I will wait. So now I am out of $400 dollars, but the garage door still does not work. I will be disputing this, and I had to call them to get a receipt,Aboslutley Horrible service.
