Gator Doors is fabulous. I was able to get a technician out same day my garage door broke get a quote, place an order, and my garage door arrived exactly on time. They kept me up-to-date every step of the way. Our technician, Frank, was absolutely amazing. He arrived on time and was very thorough m, very clean and super friendly. I would highly recommend! Pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies.

I had an excellent experience with Gator Garage Door! Technician Cody Mashburn came out to replace my garage door opener, and he did an outstanding job. He installed everything perfectly and took the time to walk me through proper garage maintenance, which I really appreciated. Cody was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient while answering all my questions. The entire company was professional from start to finish. The agent who scheduled my appointment was prompt, friendly, and communicated clearly. They arrived right on time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Our technician, Joseph Pilgrim, did an excellent job on our motor installation. He explained the inspection and the installation process in great detail. Based on the inspection he had some recommendations which we followed. We’re very happy with our new, quiet garage door opener.

We finally replaced our old builder-grade doors and, wow, what a difference. The new doors are insulated so they aren't radiating heat, and they're so much quieter than our old ones. Great install work from Frank and Aaron; there's no light visible around the sides or bottom like there was on our old door, and they were able to work everything around our garage ceiling racks.

My wife and I are extremly happy with the service we received. Booking the appointment was quick and easy. Our technician Jalen Loggins delivered excellent service from the moment he called to confirm he was in route to our home until the time he left. He was very respectful and professional with his work. He thoroughly assessed our garage, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue efficiently. We hope to not have anymore problems soon, but if we do, we'd ensure to request Jalen to be our technician.

My family car got stuck inside the garage after dropping kids off at school. Within 6 hours, Paul from Gator Garage Doors showed up and started helping straight from the get go. Super kind, super knowledgeable, and straight to the point. After about 20 minutes he broke down exactly what was wrong in terms I could actually understand. Turns out my old-school 1993 Genie motor was still hanging in there, but the drive shaft had completely given up. Within 3 hours I had a brand new belt drive motor installed and running beautifully. He even pointed out a few areas of concern without making me feel pressured to buy anything extra. Not once did he try to upsell me. And honestly, despite my garage looking like straight chaos, Paul still went the extra mile to make everything look clean, secure, and top of the line. Gator Garage Doors is a small, family owned company that clearly takes pride in their work and only sends out true professionals who actually want to help.
