Excellent service!!! Same Day Garage Door identified an improper installation issue from a previous contractor. For 5 years, we lived with a ticking time bomb and never knew it. Angel explained everything to us and even, as lay people, my husband and I could understand the garage door spring rail was not installed on a stud (see second photo behind newly installed spring -you can see past holes in drywall). We have a 500lb wooden garage door. Furthermore, the springs were not evenly balanced and were undersized. No wonder the door was too heavy to lift manually. Wish I took photos of the "before" job. Same Day Garage Door was initially called to replace our old opener. Glad they tested/looked at the entire system. Now, the springs are balanced, sized to accommodate weight, and the spring track is attached to the one and only central stud on the opening (see first photo). The garage door is now easy to lift manually. Thanks Angel for installing the system so beautifully. We’ll call you again when we need any other service!!! Genuine honest people working for an honest company. I appreciated Same Day Garage Doors squeezing me in last minute on Saturday at 3 final notice to help me with my glitching garage door that wouldn't close. I had called them about General pricing 3 weeks back and called them today because I remembered their scheduling team being very informative and caring. Barnard came out, capped exposed wires from the sensor and motor head and lubricated the springs as well as changed 4 hinges for about $250 on the same site visit. He gave me a quote for when I choose to change the rollers which he said wasn't immediate need but would need it eventually. He was honest and knowledgeable. The job was done quick and I was able to pay with two forms of payments Thankfully. Great full to have come across this company, I was comparing to Winston Doors (sent by warranty company) and that company said I needed EVERYTHING but the motor replaced(the one thing warranty would cover) and wanted to get me to get a door too and I knew the garage door had wiring issues. Thank you for the relief.

I am glad I called them first and got their service. Their representative was great and provided updates in a timely/professional manner. They gave me a couple of notices in advance which are really helpful. More importantly, the guy showed up for my garage explained everything including price options, pros/cons, inspections, maintenance, etc. His works were done perfectly and smoothly. I 1000% recommend their service!

Tre was very thorough. It was an inspections of all components. He spent several hours in testing those components and made recommendations based on that research. From his explanation of the difference of Springs I would go with a higher quality for longevity and strength and warranty.

I contacted Same Day Garage Door Services yesterday, and they were able to schedule me for today, right on time, exactly as promised. Jeff was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary upgrades, and had the repair done in under an hour. The door looks and sounds great now. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that values honesty, punctuality, and quality work. I’ll definitely be calling Same Day Garage Door Services again if I ever need help in the future

He talked with my husband about our plans for our home and suggested what garage door opener was best for us. Didn't try to over sell us something we didn't need. Highly recommend Same Day garage door services. I haven't had a garage door repaired and quite a few years so I was a little sticker shock by the price. However Angel was excellent the quality of the service was exceptional as well as the quality Parts. There was no plastic anywhere. I'm very satisfied with their Garage Door Service and would recommend them to my family and friends
