i called Pro Family Overhead because my garage door safety sensors stopped working and the door wouldn't close automatically like it should. maurice came out, quickly found the problem, and fixed the sensors. while checking things over, he noticed the springs were the wrong type and were putting extra stress on my garage door motor. so, he replaced the springs and right away the door worked much better. now it opens smoothly by hand and there's no more loud noise when it closes. really happy with the great work and for explaining what was wrong with my garage door.
