I cannot say enough about how wonderful these guys are!! They kept me informed at every step, they gave me options on the levels of products, and showed me all the broken pieces and parts so I knew what they were talking about! I am extremely happy I chose A1, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their garage door! Will not hesitate to call them again!!

Mike was the Best! Well spoken and friendly. I received notification via text he was coming, and arrived on time. Knowledgeable, and took time to explain the process, cost and possible needs to get the job done right. He worked with his Supervisor and my husband that was on the phone to get us a deal we could afford. I had to go to work and he opened the door so I could leave. He locked the doors and left my garage clean and tidy! We will work A-1 in any future projects, and will recommend to friends and family! Thank you for a great experience!

Very easy and straightforward. Hit the budget I had and no markups for extras. The installer showed up on time and diligently completed the job. Even waited an extra 30 minutes for me to arrive to go over the installation with. All in all they did a great job from beginning to end and I’d recommend to anyone who wants the job done right, on time and on budget.

I was very happy with A1’s service! Their punctuality & professionalism is excellent! Ben is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. His trainee, Joe was great, too! I highly recommend them, and I will use them again , when needed.

He was awesome! The only reason I gave four stars is because, he wasn’t able to show me how my camera works. The battery needed to be charged for at least 10hrs. But he did say they would give me a call to make an appointment to get it set up and show me how it works. Otherwise I was pleased with his job performance I definitely recommend them .

As my wife was getting ready to leave our daughter’s lake house she was having issues with the garage door. After a little investigation, she noticed that the spring was broken. I started googling door repairs in the area and came upon A-1. The reviews were great so I called and spoke with a very helpful and courteous receptionist who took all my information and surprisingly was able to schedule the repair for later in the day (Saturday). The tech, Joseph Turner, arrived on time and did a great job in assessing what needed to be done while giving me different price options. He was thorough and did not try and pressure me to purchase more than was needed. What I thought might be a drawn out, frustrating chore in getting the door repaired turned out to be one of the easiest transactions I’ve had in quite awhile. There are still some great companies out there. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency repair needed on a Sunday and it was a bigger project than we expected. Ben did an awesome job explaining everything clearly so we understood all of the issues. He was no pressure and educated us so we could make the best decision for our home. Everything is working perfectly now! Very thankful for the quick service on a weekend. Highly recommend.
