My garage door was old and made loud creaking noises. The technician replaced the worn-out rollers and lubricated the hinges. Now the door opens smoothly and is much quieter. I’m really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue!

One of the reviews I enjoy writing and of course recommending! I have had an unsatisfactory experience with two other garage door opener repair services who operate in Greenwich area. Working with D&D Garage Door Service & Repair was very different. I called Steve on Monday and he agreed to come out the same day. My garage door opener had been poorly installed and one of the struts securing it to the ceiling had broken. He did not charge for the visit but gave me an estimate for what he thought the repair, remounting the garage door opener and this time properly, would cost. Steve arrived early and was very personable, with a sense of humor and a good manner. He completed the repair very quickly and charged me exactly what he had estimated. I am 100% pleased with his service and with the results.

I had an issue with my 20+ year old garage door opener acting erratically. Sent a message to D&D Garage Door Service late in the evening and received a reply from Hector the next morning. I called and spoke to Hector who was very knowledgeable and efficient; able to send a technician out to diagnose the issue in less than an hour. Can’t get any better....talk about superb local repair service, workmanship and price. I accidentally backed into our garage while it was opening (oops....I was in a hurry!) and damage the bottom panel. I called D&D Garage Door Service based on other reviews and Dean answered. He was at our home within an hour - he put my worries at ease (he has seen worse) that it would be a quick repair. He was done with repairs within 45mins.
