Came home for lunch and spring went out in my garage door. When I tried to leave, my car was stuck in garage and I couldn't get out. To complicate things, our 1 week old newborn had an important appointment in a couple hours. I called several garage door specialists to no avail. They all could not make the time. I called Pioneer and they responded quickly. They were at my house in less than an hour and Scott worked fast and tirelessly to make sure my door was up and running. Scott was personable and answered all questions I had. The job done was fantastic! I highly recommend this company! I already have them scheduled to do some weather stripping and will keep their card when it comes time to get a new door! I had plenty of time to get to our appointment. Thanks Scott and team!

A few days after my teen backed into the garage door, I called Pioneer Garage Door. Chad arrived in less than two hours, assessed damages and gave me the best solution, which was replacement. He was full of knowledge and samples/booklet to ensure I made the best decision. I scheduled my appointment and the day of install, Scott called on time and was en route. The installation and removal were seamless. Scott was personable and we had a great conversation. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased. He explained their warranty and the manufacturers. Scott was great, the price was very reasonable and he replaced our broken spring within 20 minutes of arriving. He even assessed my garage door for potential issues down the road and adjusted my garage door opener for the new spring. The door itself is almost 20 years old and when I need to replace, I'm definitely calling Scott. I will recommend Pioneer to everyone.

Scott was a most friendly, personable, and professional individual. From initially showing and explaining his garage doors and openers to us, to the assistance his office staff provided to us, the interaction with Pioneer was nothing but exemplary. Once we placed our order, the timetable for delivery and installation was just as we had agreed upon. Scott did the installation himself, and I don't believe I have ever seen a faster, harder-working individual. He answered any and all questions that I had -- some before I even had a chance to ask them -- and both the garage door and opener were installed perfectly. Pioneer is a very fair and affordable company with great customer service. When I called Scott, he knew exactly what was going on with our garage door and came out in less than 12 hours to fix it! When he came, he was on time, and upon examining the our door, his diagnosis of the problem was spot on, and then corrected by a torsion conversion. Another added bonus, he backs up his work with 2 year warranty on parts and 1 year warranty on Labor, you won’t find many companies that do this! I had a spring and cable break on one of my garage doors on Thursday night, and I called Pioneer Friday morning shortly after they opened. I spoke with the owner Scott, who said he had some time before heading to an install and would come over right away. Him and a member of his crew were at my place 20 minutes later. They got everything fixed and ready to go in less than an hour, and did it at a fair price. Everything is working great! Thank you for your prompt and excellent service!

Scott was great to work with. He came out and showed me the options for a new garage door. I want to go from 2 8ft doors to 1 16ft door. My opening was actually 17.5 ft and he explained my options there. Since my center section was not load-bearing, it could be removed for a fair price and I would have to order a 17.5 ft door at the 18ft door price. I understood clearly what my options were and was informed to make the decision I wanted. The estimate came in a few days later and I thought the price was very fair. It took a couple weeks to order the door and when it arrived, I scheduled the installation for the following week. Scott called the morning of the appointment saying he was running an hour late which showed me he was a professional and I appreciated the communication. When they arrived, they got right to work and removed the old doors and center section between them and installed all new tracks, bar, springs, and weather trim. I had them install the new opener I had too, and the price for that was good too. The door turned out fantastic. It operates quietly and smoothly and just looks right and not sloppy or like corners were cut. I'm very pleased from start to finish with my experience with Pioneer Garage Door Service.
