We recently had an outstanding experience with the team at Goodman Glass—from start to "beyond" finish. We needed balances replaced in several windows of a 37-year-old home we were selling. From the start, Mike Speas impressed us with his friendly, professional manner and clear explanation of what was needed. The crew who completed the work did an excellent job. The "beyond" part came on closing day, when the buyers insisted one window wasn’t functioning properly (it actually was). On short notice, Mike came out personally that morning, made a minor adjustment to put the issue to rest, and saved the closing. Goodman Glass delivered not only quality work but also extraordinary service when it mattered most. I highly recommend calling Mike if you need help with glass or windows for your home.

Excellent service! Always helpful and stand behind their work. Good place to do business for the past 20 yrs. I get double pane windows that don't fog up from them. My big bay windows were $500 less than anywhere else. Good service, good prices!

The folks at Goodman cut a side window glass for my 1940 Ford. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product. I took them a pattern provided by Ford, the glass came out PERFECT. Another shop had cut the previous glass, failed to properly sand the edges which resulted in a cracked glass. Again, lesson learned, in the future, Goodman will get all of my glass business. Just to add, Goodman doesn't typically work with auto glass. However, the old cars, in my case a 1940, do use flat laminated safety glass. This type of glass is found in many applications, including old vehicles. Newer cars use tempered glass that is mostly curved and can't be cut. I apologize my review may have led someone to believe Goodman works with all auto glass.

Took my car in for a windshield replacement. Was told the first windshield was damaged, so another had to be ordered. Another window was ordered only to be told it could not be installed due to my car having sensors. Upon picking up my car, I discovered the trim attached to my windshield was broken (which is $240.00 to replace). There was absolutely nothing wrong or broke on my car when I dropped it off. Made a complaint to the front desk lady (Eva). I asked for the managers info, so I could speak to him/her directly. Eva refused to provide me with the information, but took my info down and said the GM would call me. She was also very rude. I have yet to hear from the GM, but after giving 1 start review on google the owner responded via google, but I am still awaiting a call.

I have used Goodman glass over the 9 years my husband and I have lived here in Williamsburg, Va. They placed a transom window that was shattered by a golf ball. Replaced a window in the garage door that had to be broken after I locked myself out of the house. Turned around this job in 1 day. Item was in stock. They cut a perfect oblong glass top with polished edges for our burled walnut imported kitchen table. This rating for 5 stars came from what was install today on 7/11/2024. Mike researched and found replacement European door handles for 2 doors in our home that we bought 4 years ago. I tried to find a source… no luck. Then I tried Mike. He had been so good at these other jobs I thought I’d give him a try. To replace a door if we could not find a handle kit that looked the same and fit we would have had to replace the door along with the 2 attached window panel doors to fit the opening from the kitchen to the screened in porch. A major cost estimate from a local company. Mike came to look at the door and handles we needed. He researched to find a suitable look alike handle kit. One brushed nickel. The other a gold color. Jason their installer came today and put in both of the new handles. I can’t praise the efforts made by Mike and the young installer enough. I’m getting ready to sell our home. This had to be done. Mike found the right product. Outstanding work!
