Heavenly Garage Doors

Wow! What an excellent experience. The tech was super knowledgeable and helpful. Love the scheduling system. It really kept me informed about when he would arrive. Had a simple fix for one door and he serviced the other two while he was here and also programmed a couple extra remotes that we had. I highly recommend these guys. I own a service company and I’m taking notes.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They have been great to me from initial quote through installation and a problem that I had later which had nothing to do with them. If you need a repair(I have used them for that), a new install(I have now used them for that, or just a consultation, please give them a call. I switched from a traditional door to a vertical lift. I am very happy. Give them the chance to win your business. No pressure from them at all. You will not be disappointed!!!

Scheduling our initial consultation and quote was a breeze. Tim was a very attentive listener, and was also able to walk us through all the options and provide great recommendations, all without any "pushy sales" tactics. We felt very comfortable with choosing Heavenly based on this visit, but had some personal things come up preventing us from moving forward right away. We contacted them a couple months later, and they were able to still honor the quote no problem. Communication throughout was great (thanks Tyler and Jacklyn!), and the installation guys were great (thanks Jason and Casey!). Our new garage door is a major aesthetic improvement to our home, and is also helping keep the garage cooler in the summer as an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

A member of the family got a little impatient and hit the bottom of our garage door knocking it off the track. Well, they tried to fix it themselves. This caused the top of the garage door to literally fall off. I called heavenly and they worked us in same day! The garage door looks and runs like nothing ever happened! And for a reasonable price considering the short notice and big job. Thanks to Colin and the Heavenly team.

This place is amazing, not only did the owner of the company show up and do the work, he was also very polite and punctual. There was a myriad of problems with my garage door and he fixed it in about 1 1/2 hours. Now it works perfectly. Definitely a 10 out of 10 company.

Really great work! This is the third time I used Heavenly Garage Door and grateful for their good work . They communicate well, they make sure you understand how it works, and did all the remote and key pad programming for me. I will call them for all of my garage door needs. Hidden gem in Hendersonville. I highly recommed their service.
