My experience using Express Garage Door Repair was fantastic. I called him and he asked me what was the issue. He told me to do a couple things to see if I can figure out what the issue was. Within an hour he was at the house and he was able to fixed the issue. There was no upsell at all, very happy with the experiment that I had.

I used the on-line portal for a quote Saturday evening, was contacted Sunday morning for a Monday morning service. Why did I book so quickly? Sammy was able to talk through the problem, make the assessment and produce a quote. That price, which was very reasonable for the work, never changed. Sammy prides himself on honest work. A model of "good work today will encourage you to call again." A few things: there was zero upsell. He's not trying to fix things that aren't broken. Integrity appears the foundation of the business... hard to find and worth acknowledging. Knowing he services all aspects of doors/tracks/springs/cables/openers + routine service... we found our new vendor. Thank you!

Our garage door was not working for many days. It was very hard to find a reliable and quick company to service us.
