Called at 7pm because our garage door wouldn't close. Mike came out on his way home and had us back on track by 7:45 pm. Very reasonably priced especially for an after hours call. He was prompt, friendly and got the job done quickly and correctly. Thank you so much!!
Well, the tornado took the roof, the walls, the living room, and most of my dignity… but you know what it didn’t take? THIS GARAGE DOOR. Still standing proud like it owns the place. If you need a door stronger than your marriage, call these guys.
If you need a garage door, THIS is your place! Don't bother making another call to check pricing or professionalism! They were a LOT less expensive than 3 other companies I called and they were fast and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough!!! James and Tyler put my door on today and I am super impressed! When another larger garage door company did not show and kept making false promises this company was not only very responsive to my inquiry they showed up WITHIN THE HOUR!!! The tech was very nice, got to work quickly to solve our garage door problem. Not only did he fix it, he explained what caused the ongoing issue and resolved that as well!! Will definitely be calling them again to replace the door track soon as well as for any future issues. I would highly recommend them!! Great local company!
Reasonable price. Quick to come out and showed up when they said they would. Extremely polite and professional. Tyler and James were great in replacing my broken spring and tuning the door. You could tell they weren’t just trying to get everything done and leave but took the time to make sure everything was working well.
Mike was great in getting me set up for the new garage door that I wanted. He was knowledgeable, polite, and has very competitive pricing. Christopher came the following week to install the door and they had it up and running in no time! They did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely when they were finished. I highly recommend On-trac doors and the their team.
