Sergio was our technician. On time, polite, professional. He found our problem immediately. I knew it was chain related but he found a bigger issue with gears / sprocket at the motor. We had a really good experience with these guys. Our spring broke in the morning and these guys came and checked it out in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the tech who came out had used the last springs of that size on his truck earlier in the day, but arranged for a colleague to come out the next day. He arrived earlier than expected the next day (after confirming it was okay with us) and had us fixed in an hour or so. No surprises, total transparency, good price, really informative responses to my questions (no effort to upsell). All good.
