Awesome company to business with... Ronald in sales came out and gave me an estimate and done all the measurements, ordered my doors and gave me the estimated time they would come and install them and very accurate on time and installation, the guys that installed the doors was very prompt, on time and did a professional job... Would highly recommend this company and all there employee's...
Tim Johnson was GREAT! He did a wonderful job on the weather stripping around my garage doors. He also programmed my garage keypad and lubricated the doors. Excellent customer service. If only all repair men were that friendly and accommodating!
The technician - Tim Johnson - was great! Came out to fix a minor issue, replaced light bulb and even did general maintanence on the door while he was here. Professional and I appreciated the tips on keeping our door in good condition. Highly recommend!
The Technician (Tim Johnson) that came out to my house was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job of not only fixing the issue, but also explained different features and functionality of the garage door opener to me as well. I would absolutely work with this firm and Tim Johnson at any point in the future--a new standard has been set.
Tim Johnson installed our new Chamberlain garage door opener so fast, and so efficiently. He explained and showed us how the remote controls pad on the garage works, how the new pad inside the garage worked and made sure everything was working satisfactorily. He cleaned up everything when he left. He's installed for us before and are we glad he was the one that did this install! If there were 6 stars, Tim would surely get it!
The service technicians who installed my new garage door, Mitch and Zach, were such professionals. They arrived on time, were courteous and very knowledgeable. They even fixed an old garage door remote I had! I will certainly ask for them if I need service in the future. Great job, guys!
We had a broken spring with cars trapped in the garage. We called at 8:00 am and they were able to squeeze us into their day. Tim Johnson did the repairs quickly and well, including some maintenance on the rest of the door and hinges. He was also very nice and funny.
