Cox Door installed our door several years ago and did a great job. Yesterday, a wire broke, so the automatic operation was not working. Called Cox Door, the phone was answered promptly, appointment made for next morning. Asked to be early on the list since we work and the scheduler was accommodating. Technician Manuel called to let us know he was on the way, arrived this morning, had the door quickly repaired, and also did routine maintenance at reasonable price. Great experience, thank you!
What a great experience!! I highly recommend Cox Door Company!!! They were so friendly, came when they promised and didn’t try to upsell me. They gave me a great honest price that was so much lower than the other company I got a price from. Willie was so respectful and such a friendly, nice, technician. I felt like a friend had come to help me out and Ivy in the office was so helpful and friendly. Truly a family experience. I will be telling anyone who listens about this company!
Great service and great pricing! Our garage door spring broke, we call Cox Door Company the next morning and they had someone out to fix our door a few hours later. Very professional and helpful, highly recommend!

Wayne and Willie are the BEST! I've always had great service with Cox, but these two guys were wonderful. They told me right away that my broken motor was under warranty, and to call Liftmaster to avoid having to replace the entire thing that was not very old, saving me hundreds of dollars. When Liftmaster sent the motor but not the sprocket, they tried to help me out by bringing a sprocket they had in stock, but that didn't fit, so they blessedly returned a third time to install the sprocket that Liftmaster finally got to us. Wayne and Willie were so helpful and so knowledgeable that I will request them anytime I need service from Cox Door. They are truly assets to the company.
