Scheduling was awesome and the technician that came, Rich was great. Showed and explained what needed to be done outside of the spring replacement. The door and hardware is 25 years old. I have to admit I was shocked at the price quote at first, but after research on commercial grade components, not standard grade crap from the big box stores, the price was reasonable. The workmanship was excellent too. Having the piece of mind that I can get another 25 years out of the door is worth every penny.

What an awesome experience! Our technician, Dean, was absolutely fantastic — super professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He walked us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, making sure we knew exactly what was happening and why. No surprises when it came to the invoice either — he went over it line by line. After the job was done, he even gave us a full recap of the work completed. Seriously, top-notch service from a great company. And Dean? He’s a rockstar!

My garage door broke on me one morning before work. That morning, I put in service requests online for assistance. Precision got back to me right away and worked with my schedule to get me in. They showed up when expected, Dean was knowledgeable and honest - he wasn't trying to sell me more than what I needed to fix the problem. He provided me a quote and was not pushy at all when I needed time to decide how best to handle my particular situation. I scheduled for him specifically to come back and get the work done as he was down to earth and understood what I needed to get me back up and running - which he did just that. I had a new LiftMaster garage door opener installed by Precision. From the office to the technicians it was an absolutely seamless process. Communication is key and I had that from my initial phone call to the time they walked out. The technicians London and Dean were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. I had many questions which they answered thoroughly to where I understood exactly what was going on. London and Dean both made observations and advised me to replace the rollers as the system was antiquated and worn out after 24 years (my old garage door opener was a LiftMaster as well). 24 years is pretty great considering it’s opening and closing multiple times daily. They installed the opener, new rollers, key pad outside and the main key pad in the garage in quick time. London walked me through installing and setting up the MyQ app which is also great! There’s a camera that turns on every time the garage door is opened/closed so you can see what’s going on. It also has a speaker so you can talk to somebody in the garage from anywhere you are via the app. They programmed the main opener time, date and so on. They also helped me program the keypad outside. True professionals at what they do. I highly recommend using Precision Garage Doors for ALL of your garage door needs from openers to doors and everything in between. I won’t use any other company moving forward. Oh, and the price was VERY reasonable to say the least. 5 stars for the office and the technicians! Thank you all!

They showed up the same day to fix my broken spring and had everything up and running within two hours. The guy was incredibly nice and even pointed out a few other things that could have been unsafe. I’m so grateful—my garage door feels solid and secure now. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends!
