Garage door was acting up bad after everything I tried doing to fix it, the technician came and seen what had happened and ordered parts for it, scheduled the repair for another time. He came on the day of repair did all the repair and more cause we had a much older garage door. He was a very good guy, very informative and helpful with everything I should do to keep it maintained and for long lasting life for the the door. Really appreciate you man!

Ive used this company about 5 times now over the course of over 20 years and each time I am more impressed. Even when things dont go as planned, they make sure we were satisfied. Dan exceeded our expectations recently and made sure the job was perfect. I rarely give positive reviews, these guys earned it!

Absolutely the WORST service for a company I have ever experienced. There should be a zero star button. NEVER USE THEZE GUYS. A guy came, spent ten minutes to ask me what was wrong with it and take what I said as the cause. I’m not wrong but he did zero work outside of visually inspecting it. He leaves and runs into my embankment on my driveway, doesn’t stop or pull up to see what he hit and stopped. Nope, he decides to just hammer the gas and push through it, cracking my foundation in my driveway. He then explains they’ll schedule a service appt. I blocked out half a day for that to have damage done to my home. I blocked out another half a day for it, they don’t show up in the four hours. I call, they have no idea about my service job or even what’s wrong with it. The guy loses his temper with me after I tell him I’m not ok with his answer of "Either reschedule or I’ll get someone over there soon". If you can’t maintain the first two spots to fix what they described as a thirty minute fix. Never ever use these guys.

All I was asking is to be scheduled after 230, when I get off work cause I have to work. She said no! The installer will be there between 12-5. Guess what? Installer arrive at 1130am. Of course nobody’s home. So After a week since they check my garage door is still broken and they cant schedule until 2 weeks from now, guess I just lost my $99 today. Very upset.

Purchased a heavy duty insulated garage door. Sloppy work and company did not update proper components to sustain the weight of the door. Dishonest company! Someone could have seriously been injured due to their unsafe installation.

I called for an estimate and when the gentleman came out he was very nice and funny. He didnt take long...told me right away I needed a new system. After the estimate someone called me right away to schedule. The only reason they did not receive 5 stars is because 1. Their card says free estimates but it was put in as a service call. The technician didnt do anything but look at it and I was still charged $89. However that cost goes towards the new garage system. But now I feel obligated to go with them so I dont lose my money. It feels like they hustled me but I get it. 2. You can't swipe your card with the tech. You have to give your card number over the phone to their office. Just seems a little outdated. 3. The technician never suggested that they could just replace the belt only....which I know for a fact is an option because I've had a few other companies come out and tell me as much. That would have been a cheaper option for me. He just immediately suggested a new system. However this wasnt a big deal because I already knew i wanted a new system. Overall it was a nice friendly experience and they have the best rates in Killeen.
