I don't usually leave reviews, but Bono Garage Door Repair is absolutely phenomenal. The quote was very reasonable and Benjamin fixed both of my garage doors on same day of the estimate in about 30 minutes. I've worked with a lot of contractors in San Juan Capistrano for fixing various things around the house over the years but Bono Garage Door Repair is literally on top when it comes to customer service and price. They definitely made my day and I will definitely call them again for anything garage door related.

My garage door got messed up while opening one evening (came off the tracks, part of the track got bent, etc.). Called Bono Garage Door Repair the next morning and they arranged one of their specialists to come out the same day. Bono gave me a quick quote on repairing it and got it done within half an hour. The repair was a bit pricier than I had wanted to spend, but it came with a 365 day warranty if the problem happened again and Bono clearly knew what he was doing. He even got the bent track looking good again. I'd highly recommend this company and cam tell you that they are honest and they do a thorough investigation of the issue before they quote and start working.

Beware of contracting with this company in Crown Valley, as they may lack a physical address. My own experience on 10/23/2025 was negative, as their supposed location appeared nonexistent and the person I called for directions hung up on me.

Writing another review because honestly Barry from Bono Garage Door Repair really does all he can to please the customer. He also hires some really upstanding friendly and professional staff. So 4 months ago I had a garage door emergency, something snapped and needed to be replaced. Fast forward to today and something else snapped off, I called Bono Garage Door Repair and Barry answered and sent a tech out within 2 hours. A cable snapped, not a big deal for a pro from Bono Garage Door Repair. 15 minutes work and 2 fresh cables installed. As if nothing ever happened.
