I had an excellent experience with A–Z Garage Doors on Winchester Avenue in Lakewood! I needed a right-side bottom bracket for my garage door, and Jeff and Zack went above and beyond to take care of me. They had me send a picture of the part beforehand to make sure they had the exact bracket in stock, and when I arrived, they made sure it was ready and available right away. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days—they truly care about their customers. Everything about my experience with A-Z was perfect. They quickly responded to my VM. They were very informative and straightforward with their pricing and availability. And they showed up right when they said they would and did a stellar install of a brand-new garage door. I would recommend A-Z to anybody!

Great experience. From the first phone call, I received a solid, no-nonsense answer on pricing without "if you act now" tactics. Then, on the day of the installation, the crew of 2 were courteous and hard-working. They were in and out in 1.5 hours and left no mess behind. Unfortunately the great looking door makes my siding look even worse .lol But that is a problem for another day.

When I reached out initially for a quote to replace two garage doors I received a quick reply with a quote. Unfortunately things in life popped up that me to basically ghost A-Z’a quote. But, when I was ready to resume this project A-Z quickly welcomed me back to this process. I appreciated that they allowed me to be the one to re-initiate the process rather than hounding/pressuring me at a bad time just to get a job. The measurements/in person meeting was a breeze. Zach showed up on time, answered my millions of questions, provided thoughtful feedback on what he could do, and shared his thoughts on what was reasonable for my situation. I cannot thank him enough for not overselling me on something that wasn’t truly right for my needs. Install day was perfect. The crew was friendly, respectful, and did a great job on install and clean up. They were willing to accommodate my last minute request for an additional lock/release to be installed. Home projects can be overwhelming but A-Z proved that if you work with the right company it can actually be refreshing! ☺️

I ordered a custom garage door with A-Z. Matt quickly got things ordered and within a few wks they came out and installed my new door. Very professional people to deal with and prices are VERY reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience with AZ! Amanda was extremely communicative and got her team out ASAP after a tree took out most of my garage. The AZ team got the stuck/damaged door down for us so we and the builder could access the garage. They also worked in tandem with the construction crew to ensure they’d be there to put the final touch on our rebuild. The door looks AMAZING and the new opener is so quiet and smooth! I’m thrilled with how this turned out - thank you!!

My garage door was in need of servicing, and the crew came out and quickly made some adjustments to make it glide! I never realized how noisy it was until hearing how quiet it’s supposed to be. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the original issue, but they were able to install a new opener 2 days later. The team is very prompt and communicates well. Highly recommended for any garage services.
