Tony from A1 was super great! Extremely patient, answered all our questions, and gave us honest input in what needed to be fixed. He was very punctual, gave us fair warning on when he’d arrive and how long the job would take and was very educational on what he was doing. The garage door tracks and spring were falling apart and now it works like brand new. Absolutely recommend Tony and A1.
Seth was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! He pointed out several things on my previous garage door opener that were installed incorrectly by a different company. That contributed to its demise. He did a great job and helped me get it paired with my phone. He also set up both remotes which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him and A1 Garage Door Service! Tony came today and added a keypad for our opener. Super nice and great guy. Installed it very quickly
From the time I called in with Lisa to the time, John Weaver, the technician came to my house. Just a five star experience. I was treated not only with great respect but incredible service at a very fair value with somebody that knows what they’re doing. I cannot recommend this place enough. They’re awesome people with awesome heart.
I just bought a brand new build and my garage door which was installed by the contractor crashed and burned after only 2 days. Seth showed up at 8am on Sunday morning and was able to complete my emergency work in about 30 minutes. I will be sending the estimate to the builder and see where that goes. I will be putting A1 on my speed dial!
Got a new motor and spring replaced. Tony was efficient, knowledgeable, and helped me make the best decision in the work needing to be done for my garage. I would recommend them to anyone. The garage hardly makes any noise now. Thank you!!
Tony was very personable and thorough in his evaluation of our problem. (A broken spring and worn out bearings and cables) He made a couple of different suggestions with an estimate that was clear as to what needed and cost. The work was done quickly. The door now works super smooth and quietly. Highly recommend Tony and A-1 Garage!
