About 3 weeks ago, my garage door came unhitched to the track that opens and closes the door, a bolt that held it in place had been sheered off. I got the name of Moser Exterior from a garage door company who said they use Moser because of their excellent work. I contacted Moser, and Jake called me back almost immediately and came out at the end of that same day. It took him minutes to get a new bolt back in place and make sure the door was operating properly. The garage door had one spring, for the whole door on one side of the door. Jake helped me understand the need for a spring on each side. The door is a little over 20-years old and had some deterioration around the framing of the door and also the rubber at the bottom of the door. Today, Nov. 20, Jake and Sarah, (what a great team!) came and took care of all the things I just listed. They got here, immediately got to work and did a beautiful job in replacing all the deterioration. And, they made sure they cleaned up everything. I am so grateful to have found Moser Exterior. They are quality and I highly recommend that you use them if the need arises.

My 24 year old garage door broke. I called Jake on a Sunday and he answered. I am so happy I found him for my new door. Very knowledgeable, friendly, fair price. Taught me how to care for & lubricate all the areas needed. Very friendly and honest. Will definitely give him a call for rewrap of my aluminum windows.

I called Jake regarding our garage door that was not working. He came and determined what we thought. We needed to replace the opener. He was prompt, efficient and kind. He taught us everything we needed to know to program our phones etc. We felt the price was more than fair. We are happy senior citizens with a garage door that is so quiet and dependable. None better. Jake is rock-solid every single time. His card sits on top of my pile, because he's helped us for almost six years now. From our gutters on the outbuilding to garage door repairs on the house and many things in between, he has delivered. Every. Single. Time. We sent my sister-in-law his name for her garage door problems. He now has another reference. We've had plenty of bad experiences with other home issues and "experts," so it's obvious that Jake is a gem. We simply cannot say enough good things about this man. Moser Exterior gets the job done right! Their team is super professional and knows their stuff when it comes to garage doors. They were on time, efficient, and didn't leave any mess behind. I'd definitely recommend them if you need a new garage door or repairs!

One of our garage door cables broke, Jake & Sarah were at our home after completing the appointment they were already on and replaced both cables and adjusted our springs and garage door. They work very efficiently as a team. I would highly recommend them for any of your exterior needs!

Our garage door spring broke Thursday afternoon. Jake was over Friday morning to clamp our garage door to at least be able to open it if we needed to. By Friday afternoon, Jake had fixed BOTH springs! He was incredibly professional and prompt in communication. I would recommend Moser Exterior to anyone I know!
