I highly recommend "A Better Garage Door" company. I have always had a great experience with this small, family owned business. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful, and she communicates appointments and arrival times by texts. The technicians have always been courteous, professional, and competent. Michael recently did a basic garage door maintenance check up for me. He was very proficient, and personable and I enjoyed our conversation as well. "A Better Garage Door" is an awesome company and I will continue using them in the future. It’s no wonder they have a 5 star rating.

I had new springs, rollers and openers installed on my garage doors. I got quotes from 4 different companies, and these guys definitely had the best price. Plus they offer a 10% cash discount that saved us quite a bit more $$. It was a very smooth and easy experience from start to finish. The quote was provided over the phone, and was spot on with my final invoice. I was able to get on the schedule within a few days of my initial call. I called the "A Better Garage Door" team, due to a recommendation from my son, and I spoke with Cheyni who was great and quickly got us scheduled for maintenance and a "Tune-up" visit. Michael was our technician and was professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! The pricing for the maintenance and Tune-up (and door roller replacements) were very reasonable - worth every penny! Our garage door was squeaky and closing hard and it felt like the opener motor was struggling, but when Michael was finished, it is now super quiet and smooth and closes perfectly! I am completely satisfied with the work done for us and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND "A Better Garage Door" to anyone needing garage door maintenance or installation! Absolutely the best professional service anyone could ask for, from the initial contact to the installation. Thomas in my opinion is a genuine professional installer. I watched from the beginning to end and when he was done the door fit perfectly. I am extremely happy with the whole experience.
