Others were quoting me over a thousand dollars and one business even mentioned I had to replace my whole garage door and pulley system and quoted me $3,500. Serge did it at a quarter of the cost and was very informative and nice.

Serg is awesome! He came to our house the first time to adjust some settings that was causing our garage door to bounce open. That problem was solved and it worked so much better. Then, unfortunately, a very old spring broke (not his fault whatsoever). So, we had to call him to come back to fix that part. Each time, Serg was very professional, very polite, worked quickly, and did an amazing job to get our garage working smoothly again. We have a very cold garage with two cold bedrooms above. AlphaOne Has 243 5* reviews so I called them. Serge the owner came and explained the options. We ordered a new fully I-insulated door. It exactly matches the old one bur it’s thicker, quieter and has no extra hardware. Serge, who is the world’s nicest man, even paired the opener with our cars. Too bad we have only one garage door; they are welcome back anytime.
