Scam alert, everyone!! I called on a Friday night when the garage door died, and they said they'd send someone out that evening. No one came. Called again on Saturday, they scheduled someone to come out Sunday. When the tech arrived he quoted me $375 to replace the wall keypad and wiring and reprogram the remotes. Turns out they couldn't replace the wall keypad or wiring, so they reprogrammed the remotes and called it a day after about 25 minutes at the house. I still got an invoice for $390 which was not itemized and had a very non-specific explanation of various charges: "reprogramming remotes, oiling tracks, labor". When I asked the tech to explain the charges he said that, among other things, there was a "Sunday service fee", plus $50 per remote they reprogrammed! Then I asked to see the itemized invoice, and when I received that each remote reprogramming came out to $29 (still pricey for something that takes 5 minutes, but not the $50 the tech told me), there was no "Sunday service fee", and, like magic, the total was $202 instead of the $390 they tried to charge at first. This is not an ethical way to run a business. Go somewhere else, people -- or at least make sure to get an itemized invoice!!
