Precision responded quickly and was able to repair my garage door issues two days. It was as great of experience overall. Fast, courteous and competitively priced. My tech Justun was awesome at explaining the issue and taking care of the repair. Really appreciated how easy this all was to resolve. I trust them & thats why i always call them first.

We were having trouble with our garage opener and our door expert Jeff was able to fix it very quickly. He checked the whole system, fixed what was giving us trouble and gave us tips to keep the door working efficiently. He explained everything to us and was very kind to answer all our questions. I will definitely be contacting them if we experience any issues in the future! They are prompt to respond, very friendly, fair prices and definitely experienced with this type of work!

Great work but very overpriced parts, the techs are excellent. Really can't emphasize enough how great the techs are. Would be 5 stars if not for the extremely high prices. Gafur and Alex did a great job installing my new garage door opener, couldn't be happier with the result. However, the markup on parts is well beyond industry norms. They wanted to charge $25/ft for 6" t-end door weather seals. Literally can be purchased online for $3 to $4/ft, keep in mind this is something that just slides in and out of the bottom of the door, so that feels like price gouging. So be very careful in that you're going to over pay. They wanted $600+ to replace my rollers to nylon, that's crazy.

Angel was extremely efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish with the installation of our new 2 car garage doors. He worked meticulously and quickly by himself. He answered all questions and informed us of all aspects of proper functionality. He was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated his honesty with a dent in one panel that he noticed and informed us he will order a replacement for that panel.
