High quality execution of installing a new Garage Door and going beyond what was expected with craftsmanship in repairing damage done by an unexpected impact by an unknown vehicle that brought enough impact to render the old Garage Door inoperable. Ray came out to inspect the damage and told me what needed to be done and provided an estimate. A few days later he was back with a new Garage Door and installed along with fixing the damage that had been done. Wonderful attitude and he has a work ethic that is almost extinct in today's world! We needed to reinforce the seal on our 2-year-old garage door due to signs of rodent activity. I reached out to Ray to see if he could take a look. He responded the same day and came by the very next day. Ray was honest and straightforward—he let us know the existing seal was in good condition and that all we needed was a filler seal.
