For the work that was done I thought the pricing was outrageous. The young man was extremely professional however the price that he was told to quote was unbelievable. All he did was to spray lubricant on the wheel and track of the frame. Then he unplugged a switch from the control box. The price was $270 +. Will never use your services again.

Tech showed up the same day I called. He was professional, friendly and very efficient. The install was done quickly and well and he gave me what help I requested setting up the MyQ app.

My door is old and needs hinges replaced. I called your company because you advertise door repair. I was told that my hinges could not be replaced because they did not carry that type of hinge. They would not fix the door but offered only to sell me a new door price for the least expensive door around 3,000. I also needed the strip at the bottom of the door replaced but he did not bring stripping with him even though I had requested replacement when I called for service. I was also told they would call before they came but did not. I declined replacement and had to pay $59.00 bench charge. A lot of for 20 minutes of conversation.
