All American Door Co. - Garage Door Repair Service

We have used this door company for years and are always impressed with their quick response and service. They always present options that fit every need budget-wise. Overall very pleased with the quality of service and products. I called them on a Saturday and the door was repaired within 2 hours of calling, you can't beat that! Our service provider was top notch!

I had my garage door opener replaced. Everything was explained well and I wasn’t oversold on the opener. Install took less than an hour and everything was cleaned up when the tech left. Very happy with this service and other services I have received through them. Thank you Austin and Nate for the great service.

Awesome Experience. My Tech was friendly, and took the time to explain everything about replacing the garage door springs. He also made certain to give me tips on homeowner maintenance of my doors, and lubed everything.

Our garage door broke suddenly Saturday afternoon after arriving home. Both vehicles were in there and we could not lift the door manually. I called All American Doors and got in touch on the first try. Within 30 mins Dusty was at our home, although I’m sure that can’t always be the case! He was friendly, personable, and professional. He was able to not only explain everything well but was able to complete the repair on the spot within a short time. Something like one hour from arrival to departure with a completely working door. It was a professional, quality, and needed repair on a late Saturday afternoon. I will absolutely be calling them for future needs and recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door company.

We asked the technician to replace the seals on both garage doors, check out a noisy squeak and give the doors a general once over. He was able to identify a couple of issues and quickly explained everything in detail. We were given choices about parts and determined a couple of springs and rollers needed to be replaced. He also quickly replaced the door seals. When finished he explained everything he did and why. It was very thorough and the work was completed quickly. We’ll be contacting All American again when our garage doors need attention.

All American Door Co. is a great company, excellent staff and I'd highly recommend them. They installed a new garage door almost two years ago and we had a tune up done this year. We selected All American Door Co. after multiple quotes from other companies when replacing our garage door. Everyone we worked with during our process was outstanding.

Prompt service with a qualified technician. Seemed to be a quick repair coming from a competent worker. Two negatives with the service: 1. I clearly requested a heads up about when the technician would arrive. When scheduling, I stated I would be off site and that I needed to know when a technician was headed my way. They assured me that I would be notified when the technician was leaving their last job. That didn't happen. Instead I was called only after the tech arrived. 2. The repair was very overpriced. A spring had to be replaced (on a relatively new system). The total time spent was about 15 minutes (plus travel and overhead...I understand that). The charge was close to $600! I am grateful for expertise that was able to do it quickly, but that is still very overpriced.
