Absolutely 5 stars from beginning to end!!! I called at 730 AM, and they answered the phone right. I called others who didn't and claimed it was an emergency number. They provided a firm quote over the phone for two garage springs being replaced. They were on the cheaper side from the research I did online. Quote included tax. I was surprised because I saw other 5 star companies who wanted to charge $85 for a quote unless you got service from them. They provided me a two hour window and called before they came and were on the earlier side of the window. The tech got straight to work replacing the springs. He didn't try and upsell me on anything or try and replace our other garage door spring. The tech lubricated everything to make our door quieter and did an overall check. The final bill was exactly what was quoted on the phone. No funny business. Just honest, ethical work! Will never call anyone else for garage door needs. Thank you!

Our entire experience with North Country Garage Door has been wonderful. Steve returned all of our calls quickly, no high pressure sales tactics and there were many door options to choose from. Casey did the installation of two doors by himself in a little over five hours! He arrived on time, took down the old doors and rails, installed the new doors, connected them to the door openers, tested everything, cleaned up the work site and hauled the old doors away. He told me he has been doing this for 30 years and his experience shows in his work. The doors themselves are rock solid and gorgeous. They glide smoothly on the new rails and are very quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend North County Garage Doors to anyone.

Great experience from beginning to end. We had a torsion spring that decided to give out just before the weekend. Every place I called said they’d be available next week. Gave North Country a call and they said they could be out next morning…even though we were outside of their service area. Todd arrived exactly when he said he would and finished at the exact time he estimated. On top of replacing both springs he also oiled the entire door and fixed our seal on the bottom of the door as well with no change to his price quote. Couldn’t be happier overall. Friendly service, great work and turned a stressful situation into a quick resolution. Thank you Todd and North Country Door!

Called and they were there the next day on time. Casey was friendly and did a great job for a reasonable price. Only asked them to replace the spring on one door, but went above and beyond to lubricate the other door for no charge. Definitely recommend them for garage door service. Update: Just had North Country Garage Door install 2 new garage doors on our house. Great experience again. Great products, service, price, and no pressure or salesmen gimmicks. Highly recommend this company.
