Bill was amazing, he communicated well and helped me understand what was wrong and needed to be replaced/fixed. Bill communicated well about his arrival and worked very quickly. He came back the next day as promised and installed springs. Threw in the roller wheels at no extra charge! I can barley hear the doors opening. Will use them again!

SGD Technician Jon was prompt to arrive at the time posted on my text. He performed the annual maintenance check including checking cable tension, evaluating the ascent/descent of door to check balance of door, lubed the 4 coil springs, the door hinges and the nylon bearing rollers. Asked and received additional support installing a new external keypad as the original was over 30 years old. Inquired about replacing custom made garage door in future if needed and Jon explained their catalog of various styles that would closely replicate our current door. Great service from online scheduling to finished work. Highly recommend.
