Lion Garage Door Repair & Installation

Zach went to both my houses between Virginia and Nc to do an estimate for me today. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he checked over my existing garage doors. In the end I felt very confident that I made the right choice to have lion install all five of my garage doors and the price was way lower then I thought it would be. Plus I’m getting two garage door openers. Very nice young man that knows what he is doing.

I had an appt Friday 12-2pm They rescheduled me with another tech for a 2:30-5pm appt same day. I got a call at 4:55pm to say they would have to reschedule me again. I said ok for later Friday or anytime Saturday. They said nothing available until Monday. That's when customer service should have kicked- in by getting a tech to come by later on Friday or fitting me in anytime on Saturday. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Their technician, Zack, was personable, knowledgeable, and competent. Our problem was fixed quickly and effectively. I recommend Lion Garage Door without reservation.

My experience with this company was AWESOME! William was very professional and knowledgeable. Also he was friendly and respectful. William used his time wisely and worked a miracle on my broken garage door. Lol 🙂 I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

Derrick was very professional and prompt during the service. He gave an accurate and fair appraisal of the work required to repair a broken spring on my garage door. It only took him one hour and he was complete and out the door. I would definitely recommend Lions Garage Repair!
