First contact came out right on time. Looked at my old door, walked me through my options, and gave me clear estimates. He was awesome, so I scheduled an install for a complete new door. Today the installer came, on time, and got my door installed perfectly. Cleaned up, left no mess or parts behind. I am very happy with my experience so far!! Door seems to glide quietly and smoothly and it looks great!! Everyone I came in contact with was responsive and so nice!! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Edgar from Precision Garage Door Service this morning. He came out to diagnose and repair our garage door, which was making a lot of noise. He was extremely professional, punctual, and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and even provided pictures of the door before and after the repair, which I appreciated. His attention to detail and clear communication gave me confidence in his expertise and the company's services.

Everything went perfectly. The installers were very professional, took care with the install of the new rails, doors and switches. Very smart guys that knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Precision for door and motor installation and repairs.

The parts used in my repair were premium and come with a warranty. Derek was upfront, honest and provided me with multiple options. The service was quick and cleaned after completion . Garage door went hard south on my way to work at 5:45 AM. Called Precision Door soon after and Edgar arrived around 1:45 PM. After discussing the issue it was agreed that the entire garage door assembly needed to be replaced. Week later parts arrived, appointment for installation was made promptly and Carlos installed and old garage door assembly was removed and hauled away. From my initial call to the initial inspection to installation, Edgar, Carlos and the representative I spoke with on the phone were fantastic. My interaction and experience with them was great, positive and left me feeling very satisfied with their service. Thank you.

I chose this company because I was disgusted of an on line "helpful" sight in the internet who was supposed to recommend reputable people to do whatever you need to be to be done at home. Perhaps their flatform was intercepted by scmmers and cheap contactors. I needed my garage door to be repaired because the tension spring snapped. At any rate Ivan was straightforward on the prices and description of each category. He and his partner did the job in less than an hour. We were very pleased.I recommend their services !
