Outstanding service. I used the chat function on the Precision Garage Door Service website to find out more about their services. An actual person responded immediately, and after a few minutes explaining options to me, he offered to set up an appointment for the next day. Keith, the assigned technician, arrived early that next afternoon after phoning first and then spent time not only servicing my immediate concerns, but also offering to complete regular maintenance on both bay doors of the garage (even though only one had been in need of repair). The service was first rate, and Keith explained carefully everything he was going to do and offered clear estimates for all work ahead of time. I had expected only to get an estimate for future work that afternoon, but Keith made all repairs, completed some additional needed maintenance, and left my garage looking better--and the doors working better--than I could have hoped. This was perhaps one of the best service experiences I have ever had!

They installed a wall-mount garage door opener, adjusted the spring tension, and installed new weather seals both outside and under the garage door. They also took the time to inspect and fully lubricate the entire door system. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. The price was very affordable, and the quality of work was excellent. Everything from start to finish was smooth and efficient, and my garage door now works perfectly. I’m very impressed with both the tech and the company. Highly recommended!

We recently closed on a new construction home and we did not like the brand of garage door opener that came with the home. We decided not to install our builder's and instead hired Precision to install an opener that we purchased ourselves. Cole came out right on time and was so helpful, educational and quick with our install. He gave us pointers about our new system and even suggested upgrading the rollers on our door instead of sticking with what the builder provided. We are so happy with our new garage door. We will definitely be recommending Precision to our new neighbors and calling if we have any garage door needs in the future. Thanks again Cole! Please note that we will have an electrician coming out to move the outlet. Cole told us that our garage door opener should (and will) not be operated on an extension cord!

Precision did an excellent job for us. We needed a need opener, rollers and springs. Chris Cruz talked me through the issues he had seen and suggested some much needed repairs. Overall, he was prompt, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend this service for anyone with garage door issues.

Double garage door + openers (belt) We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very first visit to give us a quote to the day of installation, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Keith, our installer, was detailed-oriented, patient, and really took the time to listen to all our questions. The process was seamless — clear communication, easy to reach, and super helpful customer service. The materials are top quality, and they even took away our old garage doors and openers, which made things so convenient. About a week after installation, we had a small error with one of the openers. We reached out to customer service, and they immediately sent Keith back to check it out — no charge at all! That level of service really says a lot. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our choice. Everything looks and works perfectly, the price was very competitive (we compared quotes from three companies), and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
