New Braunfels Garage

I had my torsion spring go out on one of my garage doors. I was calling around to see what it would cost to replace a spring and realized that it was going to be the whole system that had to be replaced. I was getting quotes from other companies from over $1000-$700 . This just seem too high. Then I called New Braunfels Garage and they quoted me a very fair price and stood behind the price on the phone. Other companies wouldn’t even give me a price on the phone. New Braunfels Garage were able to do same-day service and sent a technician (Dylan) over who was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He was at my home longer than I expected only because he had to replace the spring he first installed because it was the wrong size. This was kind of the normal process because of the conversion process. Even though he was here extra time they stood behind their price they quoted on the phone. Other companies would’ve tried to stretch that into an extra hourly charge. The garage door now works great much more smoothly than it ever did and I credit Dylan for being a very good technician. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this company for garage door repairs. They are honest and stand behind their work.

Dillon came to give us a quote and even repaired our door all in the same day I called. Communication was great, work was quick and smooth. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future!

He was courteous and thorough, and problem solved everything - making sure we were satisfied before completing his work. He took the time to educate us and didn't rush. He was very professional and I we highly recommend this company for anyone's garage door needs.
