When my garage door (Liftmaster) froze up due to excessive pressure, I asked someone that I trust for their recommendation. Without hesitation, they recommended Newark Overhead Door. I called them and they took my information and said they would check with their local crew and get back to me. Within a few minutes, they returned my call and gave me a general ETA of when their crew would be able to come help me out. Shortly afterwards, someone on the crew called me and told me they would arrive in about 15 minutes. When they arrived, they had me tell them the situation and looked over all of the parts involved. They explained each step of what they were doing in a very friendly and professional manner. Within a few minutes, they had completely resolved the problem. I highly recommend their company and have saved their information in my contact list for the future.

After my garage door opener started billowing smoke I unplugged it and started researching garage door companies. Newark Overhead door was my first call and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and come out the same day with the part necessary to fix my garage door opener. They charged me less than they had quoted me and Logan was quick and professional. I will certainly use them again in the future and really appreciate the fact that they were able to fix my opener without trying to sell me on anything new.

Called them on Tuesday& they came we stay on time.i had another company fix my door springs &they hand lifted the door &said it was fixed($900.00)but it wouldn’t work with motor. Called them back &they wanted $800.00 to come back . Called Newark overhead door $they fixed it in about 5 minutes. Very reliable,knowledgeable,&honest would recommend them any day.

Today Wednesday (11/6/24) I contacted Newark Overhead Door Inc. for a service request to replace my broken overhead garage door spring. I spoke with Blake to schedule an appointment for the spring replacement. Blake was very professional and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Approximately a couple of hours later, I was notified by Jerry ( service technician) that they were on their way. When they arrived both Jerry and Aaron were extremely polite, professional and courteous. They were very conscientious of our property taking caution not to damage any of our personal belongings and property. In my opinion, Jerry and Aaron are very reliable and assets to Newark Overhead Door Inc. I will certainly recommend your company to others for your quick service and professional team. Thank you.
