I cannot stress this enough — All About Doors and Windows sent me one of the most disgracefully built products I’ve ever laid eyes on. What they shipped should have gone straight to the dumpster. Crooked corners, butchered caulking, visible gaps, and workmanship so poor it looks like it was slapped together by a blindfolded amateur. It’s not just bad — it’s insulting. If this is what they call "finished," I genuinely question if anyone at this company has a clue what quality control even means. This isn’t just shoddy — it’s an embarrassment to the industry. Every edge, every seal, every joint screams "we don’t care." It looks like they used chewing gum and a glue stick to put it together. I wouldn’t install this in a doghouse — it’s that pathetic.

This company was brutal to deal with. They need a lesson in customer service & their "part identifier" is a complete joke. I sent them photos & details for them to locate the parts I needed & they still got it wrong. After countless emails & calls they told me that is was my problem, they only "make recommendations" for parts & that they accept no accountability. I had to pay shipping charges several times because of their mistakes. They just kept telling me I needed different parts & this went on for 6 weeks! Then they expected me to pay to return them PLUS a restocking fee! I initially went to this company to avoid the time & frustration of picking through door parts at Home Depot. Instead, they caused me way more aggravation & wasted loads of my time. BUYER BEWARE! Reply to owner's comments: I never mentioned any service professionals in CT. I was referred to you by a company that is now handling the warranty on my discontinued sliding doors & windows (not located within Connecticut). I will surely be telling that company NOT to refer any more of their customers to you.

They might have a great showroom but their online sales team is rude and standoffish. I have sent multiple photos, emails, and called multiple times. It's been over 2 weeks and no one seems to want to make a sale. I've provided multiple numbers requested and submitted the "online lock worksheet". They will not call you back and you're at their mercy worst customer service ever! Stay away they'll waste your time!

Terrible experience. Please take the bad reviews here into consideration before choosing to do business with this company. I ordered a hard-to-find Pella patio door lock to replace the lock in my existing door. Since ordering the lock with a custom key code wasn't an option, I hired a professional, licensed locksmith to rekey the cylinder for me. The locksmith discovered an unusual situation with the lock- it turned out to be defective and he suggested it was an admittedly rare manufacturing defect. No problem, the solution was relatively simple. I should reach out to All About Doors and Windows to let them know about the defective product they sold me and work it out with them to return it and get a replacement that was not defective. Pretty standard retail situation, right? Wrong! If you've tried searching for a phone number to call All About Doors and Windows, you've probably noticed they don't have one listed. (Which, to be honest, should be a red flag in the first place!) They only have an email listed. So, I sent them an email right away to notify them of my situation and request help with the replacement. I received their auto response saying a ticket had been issued, but did not receive a response back from anyone. I followed up twice over the course of a week with no response. I finally found a phone number listed on the original paper invoice from my order so I called that number without ever getting through to anyone. I attempted to contact them over 6 separate times and could never reach anyone or get a response! So, I had no other option but to file a dispute with my credit card company against the charge. Really frustrating situation that should have been easily solved. I know companies like Amazon get a lot of flack for taking away business from small mom and pop shops (or like this company claims, veteran-owned businesses), but it's situations like these that make Amazon seem like the wiser choice for items like this. No thank you, will not do business with this company again.

I cannot remember how I learned about this company, but I am glad I found them. Many times, as a handyman, I have had jobs to repair a door or window. These guys have almost everything you could need. Go look at there displays in the hallways. Wow

Ordered a hard-to-find Pella handle set from the website. Handle arrived as promised and fit perfectly. It was listed as blemished but the chip was nearly invisible and on the exterior of a seldom used door. Thank you AADandW, you saved me $450!

Just wanted to take the time to praise Warren. Spent some time with me in making sure I ordered the right part for my client. Shipping was fast and all questions were answered. Will definitely be coming back to you guys for any doors and window needs I come across. Lee @ TwoHandyDudes
