Awesome company!! I wasn't even certain they would be able to fix the issue with my garage door, but Keith quickly assured me they could. He was very personable and seemed to truly care about his customers. When he heard my mom and I discussing her chemo schedule, he asked about her health and was very empathetic towards her problems. He and his manager went above and beyond in not costing me any more than absolutely needed to get us access through our garage door again, which is very helpful to my mom, as the step up into the front door is almost too high for her due to her mobility limits. I now know who to recommend the next time someone on the neighborhood FB page asks for recommendations for a garage door company. There are definitely still good people in the world!

I just had a brand new garage door installed. My installer Corey did an absolutely amazing job. My car’s battery died from being in a garage that would not open for a month. This gentleman worked around it uninstalling the old door, and installing the new as we charged the battery jumper and completed the job professionally with my car as an obstacle. My door is amazing and has features I didn’t expect like a security camera that ties to my ring app, and an outdoor keypad. It has virtually no sound during operation which is a big bonus. Well done guys. They are absolutely the best option for a door install. They were recommended by my parents who had their door installed and proved toy entire family they are the best.

Great job! The staff came out promptly to inspect the issue and discussed possible solutions with me. We got scheduled quickly, and the installation crew arrived on time. They had all the necessary equipment to remove the old garage and install the new one. They were very respectful when entering my home, if needed. The price was a bit higher, but that might cover staff training and customer service.

This was such an amazing experience from start to finish. I was referred by my brother and his wife, who had garage doors installed a few years ago and the process was very smooth! I missed the initial consult, truth be told, and a family member initiated everything on my behalf, but between confirmation calls from Debbie about my order status, delivery date scheduling, and inspection of framework, I knew what was happening at all times. And Thomas - my installer - was a pleasant machine. He worked non stop for nine hours on a day with over 100 degrees on the heat index installing two doors (partially custom because of weird dimensions) and was kind, humorous, and knowledgeable the entire time. He was joined by Sawyer (I think?) who cracked some great jokes and helped finish the install. Thomas wrapped the experience by walking through warranty, need to knows, and even helped secure additional goods and services that I didn't know about beforehand. Would recommend this company and team hands down, over and over.

Tony was a wonderful and friendly consultant. We communicated by phone texts flawlessly since I am hearing impaired. He was very helpful. My remote no longer connected with the old opener. So the new opener was needed. Corey was an amazing and friendly installer. He finished the installation about 3 hours. He also helped setting up on my phone for alerts when the door opens and closes. They did a great job! The new opener works flawlessly. Your attention to detail, like making sure the belt tension was perfect and that the door was properly balanced, was impressive. The opener is smaller than old one. That made me so satisfied and happy. I would recommend using the company.

Our technician Myle did a great job. He did a good job of explaining everything to us and pointing out the better quality products he would be using over whoever did our previous installation. He was very thorough and stayed until everything worked as advertised. I would recommend Kyle to anyone as a technician you company is lucky to have him as an employee.

Kyle was our technician today and when he arrived, we weren’t sure exactly what we needed. He recommended a system to replace our old garage door opener and before he installed that system, he realized we needed an upgrade for the height of our garage. He made a change spent his entire day at our home making sure everything was 100% perfect and completed before he left today. We have used Precision Door numerous times over the past 40 years and we highly recommend them. Kyle was an exceptional representative for their company. They are very trustworthy and we would highly recommend them to anyone for their services Thank you Kyle and Precision Door.
