I damaged my garage door (don't ask...) yesterday evening and I was in a panic because I could not close it, it had buckled, was dented and off the runners, etc. I left a message on Automatic Garage Door phone and they called me first thing this morning. Tony came out around 9:30am and was so positive about everything which immediately put me at ease. He managed to repair the damage and the whole job was done at a very reasonable cost. Tony looked at my garage door problem and fixed it with a couple of tweaks, at no charge. This is service you can only get from a local small business that's been in the community for many years, and I really appreciate it. Tony didn't make a sale with me this morning, but I'll be calling him when we replace these old Eichler garage doors in the near future.
Ended up calling this company after watching YouTube videos and trying to fix my garage door….. I totally jacked it up. They came out the next morning, told me what was wrong and how much to repair. The job was done within the hour for a reasonable price. Fast, efficient with no BS.
