ProLift Garage Doors of Johnson County

We had our garage door break over the weekend! They responded quickly to look at it and at least get us out of the garage! Will came first thing on Monday morning and fixed everything within an hour! The follow up through texts, email, and Will called on his way to our house.... all was excellence in customer service! Would highly recommend them!!!

Will did a great job, he communicated and kept us informed throughout the process. He installed two garage doors and removed two doors all in one day. Cleaned up before he left and explained the warranty.

So I backed in to my garage door with my truck. The door was still functional so originally I had thought I’d just replace a couple panels that were bent so after I searched for a reputable service pro in my area (olathe) I found ProLift ranked high. I called and made an appointment and Will Schlappi showed up quick. He was knowledgeable and had recommendations. After pricing out 2 panels I decided to just do a new door because the price was solid so I made my deposit and the parts were ordered (custom color door so had to order door). Service was within a couple weeks and Will showed up to do the work himself and I like that. I’m run a service company myself and my success has come from taking projects from sale to completion myself, it simply creates a more personal experience for the customer. I was so pleased with Pro Lifts communication thru the sale and scheduling process and the professionalism thru the install that I called Will out to do 5 more doors at my new house in Cleveland MO.
