Spring Kings Omaha

I called Spring Kings yesterday morning regarding several issues with my garage door and was immediately scheduled for the first appointment today. Grant and his crew member arrived precisely on time, promptly assessed the situation, and clearly explained the necessary fixes. They got right to work, replacing the old springs, installing a new component between the springs, and precisely leveling one of the rails. The professionalism was outstanding, and they completed all the work in less than an hour! My garage door is now working smoothly and perfectly. I highly recommend Grant and the team at Spring Kings for their quick response, efficiency, and high-quality service. They truly are the kings of springs!

I can see why there are so many good reviews for Spring Kings. Scheduling was easy, I called them (talked to Jason) on Friday and was put on schedule for the first thing in the morning on Monday (they could've have come on the weekend itself but would have to be extra). Chris pulled into the driveway right on time, took a look and knew exactly what the issue was. He went above and beyond with addressing the issue. The best part, they're very reasonable with the pricing.

Had Spring Kings come out to check out one of my garage doors that was not closing properly. He was able to locate the issue within minutes, and had fixed the problem, while also cleaning the sensors, re-securing the mount, and lubricating the door - all within the hour. This led to my door running the most smooth and quietest it ever has! Extremely pleased with how fast and affordable their services were. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their garage door to be serviced!

Friday evening, my garage door decided to pop its cable off. I called Jason at Spring Kings after 5PM, and he actually answered. He put me on the schedule for 10AM Saturday (the next day), then shows up at 9:50AM (ten minutes early) like some sort of mythical contractor unicorn. Within an hour, my garage door was fixed, smooth, and better than it had been in years. He even tuned and lubed my other two doors just because he could. Jason didn’t just repair a garage door—he restored my faith in customer service. Highly recommend Spring Kings if you want fast, professional, and flat-out excellent work.

Great service very friendly and fast. Jason was great to work with. He exceeded our expectations when replacing the garage door torsion springs. It went above and beyond and it was very fast. He even lubricated the tracks of the door and make sure everything in working order.

After calling around Omaha for our double garage springs to be replaced, I found countless of great reviews about spring kings on the Nextdoor app and figured it’s worth the call! The conversation I had with Jason was efficient and honest. I was shocked at the price compared to some of the big name companies! I was even more surprised to hear they could make it out same day! The technician that came was awesome. He explained the process and what to look for in the future and also explained the importance of watching the wiring for rust. It was informative but it didnt feel as though he was being pushy and attempting an upsell. The job was done quickly and my garage is working seamlessly. The bill did not have any hidden fees! It was the same as quoted over the phone with Jason. I am very pleased with the service, price, and timeliness. Thank you spring kings!

Did a great job of replacing our springs that had broken. Punctual, works great now, even made a few minor adjustments while they were here as well. Couldn't ask for more.
