Excellent company. Excellent service. Received next day repair service which is absolutely wonderful. Rob scheduled my appointment. Rob is highly competent and professional, and he also has a lot of patience. I ask a lot of questions, and he kindly answered all of my questions and explained everything. The service technician Mike is super nice and did an outstanding job. Mike is highly competent and professional. Mike addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and fixed the problem. Both Rob and Mike go above and beyond to help customers.

I've owned my home for over 15 years and never had trouble with my garage. Last week one of the springs broke and I saw a Profetta sticker on the inside of the garage door - left there by the previous home owners. I called Profetta and they were at my home the same day to replace the spring. The technician was friendly and polite and the price was very reasonable. When it's finally time to replace the door, we will definitely be going with Profetta. Thanks!

They are very professional, from job scheduling (Rob) to the actual appointment. I had to reschedule due to conflicts and they were very accomodating.

Spring broke on our garage door over the weekend. Gave Profetta a call at 7:30am Monday morning. Explained what happened and was told a technician would call when he was on his way. Received the call a couple hours later; he arrived in 15 minutes. Spring replaced in 45 minutes. Couldn’t be happier!! Thanks to Kevin and the team at Profetta for a great job!!

Called this morning shortly after they opened to fix a broken torsion spring on my garage door. Their technician, Mike, was at my house 3 hours later. Great service with him from start to finish. Within an hour and a half, he had both springs replaced, everything lubricated and the door working better than ever. Highly recommend Profetta and Mike!

What a wonderful business. They go out of their way to help. I cannot thank them enough for not one but two house calls in 48 hrs. They are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and very compassionate. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Mike did great work and helped us out on short notice when our garage door springs broke. Not only did he repair those, but took time to tune up the door track and further stabilize the door. Highly recommended.
