Excellent experience from start to finish! I filled out the service request form one night and received a call from Steve the very next morning. Within hours, Tech Dale came to give an estimate for the repair versus a replacement. Both figures were much less than I was expecting, and we decided to replace the old door. We agreed to new door panels & rails, and a new tensioning system. Later the same day, Tech Peyton came to do the install. The good: We had great communication throughout the day. I received regular updates and a written estimate so I could budget and plan. The tech answered all of my questions without being condescending or rude. The great: Same day service!! I got a tour of the finished project and the tech removed all debris, took away the old door, springs, and rails, and returned the property to its former level of tidiness. If you're looking for prompt, professional, and affordable service, you've found your provider!

Quick service. Friendly staff. Good value. We were having issues with our liftmaster units on a sliding carport gate. Dale took care of it quickly, replacing a battery and syncing the two units.

I couldn’t be happier with my new garage door motor and springs. The technician was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. From the start, he clearly explained the cost of different motors, springs and roller options and available, so I could make the best choice for my home and budget. He took the time to answer every question I had and addressed all of my concerns before and after installation which was same day for everything but the door and frame. The installation itself was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the work really shows. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Steve yesterday. He was VERY interested in taking care of my garage door problem as if we were neighbors. He listened well and figured out the problem I was having as well as having a solution. I mentioned that I need to use a cane or at times a walker. I mentioned that just to let him know the importance to me of using that entryway. His empathy toward me was something I’m not used to when dealing with most service vendors. He proposed a solution that by installing an automatic opener (what a great upgrade) that he thought it would help elevate my daily struggle. He wasn’t concerned about the price. Wow! Now that’s CUSTOMER SERVICE! When Dale came out to install the new opener he was courteous, and very efficient with his work.
