BP Glass Garage Doors was very responsive and reliable. Although, we contacted another company to help over the weekend, they actually ruined the garage door even more. Spoke to Rob at BP on a Monday and the technicians arrived the next day. Technicians knew exactly what to do and fixed it within a few hours. I would recommend!

Our garage door needed replacing two glass panes. We tried with two local garage door companies but they failed miserably. We decided to call glass garage door and pronto, our problem was solved. They gave us a good quote, calls when the glass was available and installed without issues . The glass matched perfectly. Great job indeed

Unfortunately we called BP garage door since they had a sticker on the door,the garage door was getting a little heavy to open but was working fine.After talking to Rob Reyes, I was quoted $475 to service it, after looking at the door they wanted me to buy a new door for several thousand dollars. They said that it is nothing more they can do and left without providing any receipts or information. I saw that Rob has changed my credit card for $875 without any authorization, so stealing $400 on top of $475 for not doing any work.Very bad business practices, stay away and avoid at at any cost.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. In spite of the fact that the garage door itself is gorgeous - very nicely made and beautiful finish, the process was so frustrating that I wish I had found another company. It’s too bad that the installation wasn't up to the same standard as the product. Nor was my contact, Rob Reyes. It took months and months just to manufacture one door. Then they couldn’t install it for another month or two after I gave them the go-ahead (too busy, they said). Then they postponed the installation again and offered no compensation for all the extra waiting. In fact, they didn’t even apologize. Rob may post a response to claim that the problems we experienced were all our fault, for a list of reasons that he is more than happy to list in detail. Some of his statements may be true, but if you read the rest of this review, you’ll find that another installer was able to work with all of them to create a more satisfactory end result. The door as installed was crooked in every direction. It leaned outward toward the top and it was further inside the frame on one side than the other. Not something that it would take a millimeter ruler to measure, but off by a half inch or more relative to the exterior door frame. When I contacted Rob about that, he refused to make any attempt to remedy the situation. I asked him to work with my husband to resolve this because I was busy, but he kept trying to contact me instead. It seemed like he thought he could bully a woman into backing down if he was aggressive enough. We got frustrated and decided to file a complaint with the state Contractor’s Board. The first step for that is to send a registered letter, but he refused to accept delivery of it. Again it seemed like he thought he would somehow bully us into backing down. Before going to the formal complaint process, we called another garage door installer. He spent less than an hour with my door, removed two clips near the bottom which in his words the BP crew was "too lazy to remove" and adjusted the weatherproofing strip. Now it looks much better and it operates more smoothly. If you decide to go with BP because of their products, set aside extra money in your budget in case you also have to call a second installer to finish things off right.

Recently has Glass Garage Door and entry gate to the back yard installed. Both doors gave the property a fresh new look and greatly improved the street appeal. Not only were the doors of good quality the workers that did the work, were pleasant and professional, and left the property very clean.

Bp- Glass Garage Doors is a great company to do business with. Not only do they have the highest quality doors, but Rob, their owner is a man of integrity. I highly recommend this company!

We have been using them for over 10 years at our condo they are the best at what they do. There are other companies that will do it cheaper but ultimately you get what you pay for. BP and Rob, will do the job properly and tweak it until it is perfect. We will continue to use them!
