My spring broke on my door. After looking at some reviews of local companies, I decided to called Garrett. I spoke to Mike and he worked with my schedule to arrange a same day appointment. He showed up on time and finished very quickly. Even took the time to look at my other door and offer a quick adjustment at no charge. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone I know in need of their services!

Nothing worse than not being able to exit your garage first thing in the morning. I called and within less than 3 hours they were able to get someone out. They listened to my concerns and were able to get the job done extremely quickly, and charged me a very reasonable price. The Technician was extremely pleasant and professional. Did a great job. I buy a new garage door about every 15 years and know nothing about current technology, materials, door construction, etc. Robyn at Garrett was very helpful explaining the various options. Everything from the initial phone call to the service rep coming to look at the garage to the installation was very professional. Love our new door!

Of course it was chaos not being able to get into your own garage! Without any warning, our garage door decided not to open when we came back home. Upon inspection, I noticed the cables off on both sides, both springs broken! I promptly called Clarkston Window Company as soon as they opened, as they were the one's that installed the garage door. They quickly told me that they do not service garage doors anymore, and referred me to Garrett Door Company. I thought I was being given the run-around, but when Garrett Door Company arrived, it wasn't long before I had complete confidence in them! Mike and Landon quickly inspected the door, and informed me that both of my springs that assist the door opener had broken, explaining the noises that were evident for quite some time before it failed. Mike told me that one of the springs had been broken for some time, resulting in additional load and strain on the remaining spring. Mike checked his truck, and with a smile, told me he had everything he needed to get us working again. Here's the best part. . . . they had us completely working in less than an hour! The cost was very reasonable too. If you need the same kind of service I needed, call Garrett Door Company, they are located in Pontiac, but service the entire west side, maybe more!
