Awesome people, product and service from start to finish. Had Chad come out to give me an estimate on the Clopay Bridgeport Steel. Nicole and Trenton followed up with a call, answered all my questioned and emailed me a very competitive bid. I had to push pause on my order to get full approval from our homeowners association. Once that went through, the doors were ordered, shipped and installed within three weeks. Ramon and Chad showed up today at 8am sharp and had everything needed to install the doors and Chamberlain LiftMaster opener (super quiet). The guys did a professional and quality job with the installation and Ramon took the time to explain use and maintenance afterward. Looks terrific as we had the house painted at the same time and matched door color with house accent. Couldn’t be happier - Thanks Lloyd Copeland Garage Doors team for an incredible experience! After suffering many years with a clunky old system that hasn’t worked in years I reached out to Copelan to inspect and provide an estimate for replacement and repair. Chad responded and thoroughly Inspected my system and provided me with detailed information as to what was needed to upgrade it to current operational standards. Within a week installation tech JC arrived and Completed the installation and provided information as to its operation and its specifics. I wanted to take a moment to give recognition for Lloyd Copelan Garage Doors for their prompt and professional service. My garage needed repair, upon calling my warranty company they sent out someone who clearly had no expertise in garage doors who claimed that the issue was because my garage was "off balance" and a "maintenance" issue. This company that the #Warranty company sent out didn’t even touch the garage or the opener, and only made a diagnosis by just setting foot on my property. Upon calling Nicole the wonderful manager of Lloyd Copelan, she took the time to speak with me, answered my questions, was very knowledgeable, and even on the phone knew exactly what was wrong with my garage. The same day that I called, she was able to send out two experienced technicians to take a look at my garage. Chad and his colleague were very knowledgeable, they took the time to visually inspect the garage, the springs, and my garage door opener, And behold, the issue was the springs. I want to add that on my quest to find the right garage place, I called a number of these Internet companies that "serve the surrounding area". The ones that came out, we’re very wishy-washy when it came to price meaning that they would tell me one outrageous price and then later on, bring it down to another price if I got it done right away, and some of the ones that I called didn’t even call me back like I didn’t matter. I am so thankful for Nicole and her staff to help guide me through repairing my garage door. I really appreciate their knowledge, their honesty, their patience, and it really highlights why it’s important to give business to local Mom and Pop shops like Lloyd Copelan Garage Doors that really strive for customer service.
