We replaced our 3-car garage doors recently, and the experience was phenomenal, top-notch from start to finish. Jason met with me in September to provide the quote, and gave me some great advice on selection of doors, color, etc. His recommendations were spot on! Micha handled the actual installation with another gentleman. They arrived precisely on time and were laser-focused and professional. Clean up was incredible and the instructions on the new doors clear and concise. The doors function beautifully and the pricing was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used National Door, and will not hesitate to use them for my garage door/motor needs in the future. Exceptional customer service and follow through in every regard.

Had my new garage door installed last Friday. Installer was fantastic. Could use a little bit more product knowledge. But overall the experience was a five-star experience. I will have a second one installed in about 30 days and write another review. Had a concern late Friday called the dealer didn’t get a return phone call called them today and the manager made it right truly an American company thank you.

Highly recommend NDI! My garage door hit something while closing causing the cable on one side to pop out of the drum, a roller to come out of its track, the bottom weather striping to come off, and the door to buckle in the center. Looked like the whole door would need to be replaced. Called NDI who sent Ken out on a snowy day when the roads were a bit dicey. Ken got to work repairing everything and in under an hour, the door looks and operates as it did before the accident.

One of the glass panels in the door I bought from these guys shattered spontaneously about 5 years out--just after the warranty expired. I contacted them for a replacement and they quoted me $725.00. I asked about buying just the glass and doing it myself and they said that would cost $599.00 plus tax, with no warranty and no guarantee that it would match the other panels. Instead, I bought a matching piece from an online store for $150. I appreciate the owner's response below my review. I'm adding photos taken after I replaced the broken panel. I challenge anyone to identify the glass bought online.
